I would pick the one that works the best for you. I don't think either is unsafe. I like how all the motorhome folks give the ease of setup for camping nod to the motorhome. It used to be that way, but it doesn't have to be today. I back my fiver into a spot, disconnect the truck (in motorhome you have to disconnect the toad), and hit AUTOLEVEL on the fifth wheel. I am hooked up in well less than 10 minutes. Same effort basically as motorhome. For $3-5K the autolevel feature is great on a fiver. My advice is to get the floorplan that works best.
