If there is a dump fee expected, it should be posted at the information kiosk in the campground, where the site fees are posted and self-pay envelopes will be found, if that campground is using self pay. I've looked at the fees when passing through, but don't remember the details.
Also, if a fee is wanted, this will usually be posted at the dump station.
