Missouri State Park Dump Stations Free?

In the state parks I've been at in the NE you have to enter the campground (and further back, the dump station) by first passing through a toll type area to show your camping reservation. Many parks which might have other facilities are closed for the night to any other recreations so it's to the camp ground or no entrance thus no free dumping.
No idea how Missouri does it though.
