Mount Rushmore camping
We are wanting to head up to Mount Rushmore next week for spring break. Looking for advice on where to camp. We don't need hookups, would like to be near water/fishing.

Horse Thief lake federal campground. About 2 miles away on the road to Rushmore. Has a lake. No electric. About $22. There is also a private campground with a similar name -- farther away
