The trip home sounds like it will be pretty easy. Just leave lots of room between you and the vehicles in front of you. RVing is fun, so don't be in a hurry.
My tip is to always scout out the place you are parking the rig, be it a gas station, restaurant, etc. Always make sure that wherever you park it you can get out easily. I look for gas stations that have the islands running east/west from the cashier. I stay away from really busy gas stations with cheap prices. There is almost always another gas station right nearby with prices a few cents more that are empty. I'd rather pay $3-$4 more for a tank of gas and not worry about access in or especially access out of the station.
At restaurants, I often park on the street outside the parking lot and walk a little bit to get there. It eliminates the hassle of trying to navigate out of the lot.
