New awning
I need a new awning I was thinking about putting on a powered one. Ideas as to if this is a good idea and I like to find the best price for one not nesacerally the cheapest

That's not really the case anymore ... the Carefree of Colorado power awning that came with our 2008 KZ Spree had virtually no tilt but would dump water off one end when it got too heavy. :M I disliked that awning so much I had it replaced with a Dometic 8500 manual awning that would tilt way down for shedding rain water. Fast forward to 2013 when we purchased our current 2014 Coachmen which has a Dometic 9100 power awning ... turns out it's great, tilts quite a bit at either or both ends to shed water but is MUCH more convenient to use. I wouldn't now go back to a manual awning. :)
