new guy here.... battery chacharging questions

Hello new guy here! Love this forum already.... I just bought my first travel trailer a 2000 prowler 19n and the previous owner installed 2 6v golf cart batteries in series... I have a 1.5watt solar p...

Matt, starter batteries have less self discharge than deep cycle six volts. The volkswagon panel is 5 watts and services less than 100 amp-hours. 1.5 watts will not do the job.

Wicked, yes that panel would keep the battery bank charged. However, it is not quite big enough to equalize the bank.
