Yes, Number 2 is my concern, some news places say:
..."Can't by ammo out of state, and then bring into California".
And seen some articles that say "Can't by ammo out of state, and then bring into California" and then resale or transfer ownership"
I guess best thing for me right now is wait till law is codified into their "penal code". Seems to be some confussion that needs to be cleared up.
