Heard different news saying as of Jan 1 2018 California has some new laws. I can't find anything on line that has changed if I'm driving through CA and have guns/ammo locked in a seperate locked cont...

IANAL - NY has a law that says handguns are illegal in an airport. Even when following Federal TSA rules/guidlines, you can still be arrested. I HAS HAPPENED !
