Do the math to see if you really need a washer/dryer.
The cost is over $1000. That will buy a lot of loads at the laundromat.
Will you always have water and sewer hookups?
Will you use it often enough to keep the rubber fittings moist?
Can you afford to give up that much floor space for something you use once or twice a week?
And besides, don't you meet the most interesting people in the laundry?
