Those who tout the laundry mat over built in (presuming you're full time or at least very long/seasonal trips) aren't figuring in your time.
3 hours at the laundry mat to do "all" your clothes or several loads through the RV washer which take like 5 min to change out and don't need to be babysat.
Idk how the all in 1 RV units work, but presume they get all the water out of the machine since it dries in the same drum. I'd think this is far preferable to conventional w/d unless you're ALWAYS using them. Otherwise the washer will start growing and will need a odor/disinfection run or 2 every time before you use it so yer clean clothes don't smell like they need to go back in the washer!
