As long as you get a good W/D and Sway Control and don't mind listening to the engine RPM whine a little up hills, I don't think you'll have any problem. Like was mentioned, chances are yo will be well below the 7100 lbs. My chevy has similar engine and rear gear and not turbo'ed like your ecoboost abd it does fine with a 5000 load.
