No, it would not be worth the extra $$$. I was just recommending a good system for a lighter weight trailer. Those systems with bars and chains are pretty restrictive. You have to choose between... say... link #5 or link #6 on the chains. But after trial and error, what you really want is 5 1/2. The Andersen can be adjusted within a single pound if you really want to be that maticulous. Most of the systems with bars have bars rated at intervals too. 600 pounds, 1000 pounds, 1200 pounds. Nothing wrong with them at all. Just thought I'd mention the Andersen if you never consider it. I (sorry) never considered the price. Good luck.
