All I can get from them is it's a 23 foot Trail Lite Hybrid trailer. Being totally green I'll be looking at the plumbing and electrical systems to familiarize myself with them.
No disrespect intended but you're jumping WAY ahead of the game as your FIRST step with this trailer is to inspect the running gear ... meaning you need to know for a fact how old the tires are and when the brakes & bearings were last serviced. Learn how to read the tire date code imprinted on the tire side walls and if they indicate anything much older than ~ 5 yrs you need to think about replacing those tires, all five regardless of how "good" they may look. Bearings and brakes should arguably be serviced every year but if they've not been done within the last two years do yourself a favour and either learn how to do this yourself or have them done for you. All that other stuff you've been talking about is "fluff" as your next step should be to give the trailer a thorough inspection for any signs of water leakage and to test all it's systems to identify any that may not be performing as they should. Gotta say, good luck with this :B ... you're a brave soul jumping into all this "being totally green!" :E
