Short answer: Everything!
Seriously.
The list linked above is excellent.
The walk trough is the time to pick out any defects, no matter how minor, and have them documented for warranty repair.
Take your time and maybe even have your own notepad / pen handy to write things down as you go so nothing gets forgotten.
We bought our first new TT less than 2 years ago and, while all the major mechanicals where fine, we had a half dozen little things we found -- window screen not seated right that turned out to be bent and had to be replaced, a window crank handle stripped off / slipping, a decal on the outside had the tiniest nick in it - got peeled off and replaced with whole new one. Window blinds with frayed strings hanging out got replaced. Loose trim around an interior door needed an additional screw put in....you get the idea. Good luck and enjoy it!
