I'm one who has a hard time saying no, so I would probably lie to them and say that we use the campground bathrooms to save the hassle of flushing tanks. Seems like a polite way of saying NO. I can't believe a stranger would even ask. I know I would NEVER ask to use a strangers bathroom, nor ask to enter their camper for ANY reason.
