I can mount a new hitch receiver with a higher load capacity. The current capacity of the receiver with the WDH is 990#.
When calculating the GCW the tongue load is added as cargo for the truck in the GVW. Therefore, is the tongue load subtracted from the TT GVW when calculating the GCW? In other words if the TT GVW is 6850# and the tongue weight is 900#, do you subtract the 900# from the TT GVW when calculating the GCW?
