I understand where you are going with this then. You think once the WDH is applied that the front GAW may exceed the Front GAWR.
No... Some will be put back to the trailer also. The front will lift up and weight less when the TT is hooked up. The WD will restore the front to original unloaded weight. Never never over...
It does not work the way you are thinking...
