I do not have the numbers but loaded up for travel, I think you will be close to max. That leaves very little room for error. Also that setup will tax the tow vehicle too. Tires will wear out sooner due to the load on it. If I was towing a trailer I would get a crew cab pickup at least 3/4 ton if not one ton. Opens up lots of options that way too.
I would get your setup weighed out and see where you stand with the trailer loaded. The grades in the west long and temps high at times. It works the cooling package pretty hard.
