Back from our second TT weekend.
Another success with some lessons learned.
Lesson 1: A 1983 K5 Blazer will pull the TT but much above 50 mph is squirrelly ! And uphill will top out about 45 mph sometimes.
Lesson 2: There are some huge motor home drivers that cannot stay on their side of the line when passing me on a 4 lane. When they pass (within inches of my TT and family) their coach will 'pull' me closer to them causing a potentially deadly situation.
Lesson 3: Get a plastic storage bin to hold the sewer hose angle/connectors.
(didn't use them 1 st weekend)(they don't fit in bumper).
Might just do the vinyl fence post mod.
Lesson 4: Walkie talkies for DW backing me into spot would help a lot.
Lesson 5: Bumper boats with built in sprayers will get you very wet.
Lesson 6: Renting a golf cart at the CG is expensive.
Lesson 7: I can drink a lot of beer given the right ambient temperature and enough time in a lawn chair.
Another success in my book !
