Well unfortunately I think you will find just the opposite is going to be true. I would think it would be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for one to "full time" out of a Class "B" and still be working full time. Make that two with one being female working full time and I would put this scenario clearly in fantasy land. Just the morning routine of eating and getting dressed, personnel grooming (no 110V, very, very limited water, etc, etc), cleaning up so you could travel where ever work is for two out of basically a VAN is to me inconceivable and throw in trying to do this in stealth mode and WOW ... JUST WOW.
I have no recommendations words of wisdom or even hints for you since I can't envision any thing other than :E :S
