Class C MH pull into your site, maybe add/drive onto a leveler block or two, put it in park and hook elec and water up......... done!!!! Trailers seem like a lot more work to me with unhitching, leveling and then still needing to hook up services. As stated, a small SUV is not going to be able to pull much.
What you should do is go look at lots of different RVs and start looking at how you would live in each style.
You have a chapter of RVing Women in Oregon. Try and swing by an event and talk to ladies who are Rving and ask about what they use and why. RVers are noted for wanting to share their experiences. Take your time, think about your needs and wish list. Lots to consider. DO YOUR HOMEWORK - salespeople will usually say anything to make a sale like of course you can pull that trailer with that truck....... Good lukc! It is a wonderful way to travel.
