Ok. Good. I was only asking because I have seen some people that thought they have 50A and it turned out to be 30.
Yes you can plug it into a 20A outlet. However you will be limited to what you can use. Max would be the fridge. Anything else will pop the house 20A breaker. Don't use the A/C's, microwave or electric side of the water heater.
