FWIW, the last used trailer we bought (10 years old) was from a dealer whose father had owned it. I said I would need to plug it into electricity and make sure all systems worked: frig, A/C, micro, heater, hot water, etc. Dealer agreed and we bought the trailer the next day after frig had cooled down.
