You'll get the hang of it - went from never towing to towing a 35' bumper pull with our F150. Right out of the dealer's lot and within 10 minutes on the Interstate. I actually prefer the Interstates - run right at the speed limit in the right lane and I figure if a trucker can go there I can too.
You will get the hang of it - adjust your mirror so you can see the trailer tires and watch what they do and you should be fine. Words of wisdom from the RV dealer - "Take turns wide and slow". Seems to have worked for us.
Got 250 miles on it and things make me nervous - secondary roads and campgrounds with all the narrow close quarters. Cattle chutes on the Interstate drive me nuts too with or without the trailer. I took one this weekend at 25 MPH as the lanes were probably exactly 10' wide.
Backing sucks and even with the wife helping it sometimes can be a challenge as she doesn't get I can't see one side and it doesn't turn on a dime (or even a $100 bill). But we are going to work through that.
