so appreciate the encouragement! after the fiasco with the rain, blind side, guy ending up doing it for me once we got home I couldn't even back it into to my driveway! ended up just pulling into the driveway truck first and leaving it. had a former rv'er from work come and pull it out and then back it in for me.
did make me feel better that it took him 20mins and several back and fourth's to get it in there though. he got out sweating and said this thing is a lot bigger than mine!
took it out a week or so later came back and had no problem backing into the driveway. I got my mojo back!!
the suggestions of parking before even going into the GC and taking a look around is something that i'll start doing. definitely going to throw some clippers in the truck for small limbs etc.
I've called the city about a couple of trees in the neighborhood. we'll see if they ever show up. until then like you said, just slow down and take up whatever I need of the road.
