Next silly question, fresh water tank and hookup?

Instead of using a water pitcher with a charcoal filter in it like the Brita we use a charcoal filter on the hose to the RV. Also some times the water in some parts of the country will have a different taste that might be unpleasant in that case we will fill some jugs for drinking water from our fresh water tank and only use campground water for non drinking purposes.
