Does it cool on electric?
When you state "WON"T GET COLD" is that freezer and food section or freezer OK but food section warm?
Are the fans in outside compartment working?
Does the main flame light off.........and stay lit?
Is the rig level when operating fridge?
Any error codes?
Do the other gas appliances work OK......good strong flame on stove top burners, water heater lights off/heats correctly on gas, furnace runs/lights off/heats on gas???
Low gas pressure causes poor cooling of fridge on gas.
