We leave our furnace set on 60 at night and if it were 50 outside, it might run once in the early am. Of course insulation single pane windows etc would all help determine how much heat the rv holds. If we have doors/windows open during the day, when it starts to cool at night we close them along with blinds to help retain the heat. Having a pillow or something stuffed in the vent/fan openings helps keep heat from escaping thru those little plastic covers too. Our battery does fine for 1 night even when it cycles 3 or 4 times.
