Your group 24 is one of the smallest batteries normally used for this purpose.
As others have suggested get two batteries, at least group 29 if you are staying with 12 volt RV/Marine types, or for similar money go to Sams and get two six volt Golf Cart batteries.
The GC batteries will last longer and since they are true deep cycle batteries, will perform better than the dual purpose ones.
