You can usually find a Walmart just off 95 along the way. You can do a search of Walmart Stays and find those that can allow an overnight stay. The best part is staying at Super Walmart centers you can restock, grab a bite, or find restaurants nearby. I've stayed at rest areas in the past, and had to listen to diesel engines starting during the night or running most of the night. Usually if I stay at a rest stop I'll sleep a few hours and get on my way.
And yes I have been asked (told) to move on at times.

I find it much more relaxing to get off/away from the interstate.
