We are a new class B owners taking our first cruise. We are driving FL to NY and going to do the trip in 2 nights, 3 days. Are there places where we can pull in and hookup electrical for 12 hours? ...

We have used pickle parks ( rest area's) in a pinch, never had an issue. We just park on the truck side. Cracker Barrels all have parking in the back so you can sleep after you eat, Lowes, Wally World (so long as not prevented by local ordinance.
I've never even considered no 110 hookup to be a deterrent. It's only for the night. You have batteries, use them.
