We are a new class B owners taking our first cruise. We are driving FL to NY and going to do the trip in 2 nights, 3 days. Are there places where we can pull in and hookup electrical for 12 hours? ...

If you want electrical hookups, you need a campground or RV park.
Why do you need hookups when you have batteries that will let you survive one night?
...and you batteries (if wired through the tow vehicle's alternator correctly) will recharge as you drive during the day anyway....
