I've never seen a free place to "camp" with power, but sounds like a few exist. In general, you're not going to find a spot like this.
Use your batteries or get a generator if you have to have power.
Typically I/we stop wherever we want when it's a quick sleep on a road trip. Any or all of the above mentioned places.
