P trap
Does anyone put a makeshift P trap in your sewer hose to prevent sewer smells from traveling back up into your tanks/rv?

We dump once a week and we full-time. Black tank and galley grey stays closed till it is time to dump again. Grey for the shower stays opn til a few days before dumping. My hose is set up as straight as I can get it and my pvc supports for the hose are positioned for a best slope to the sewer hole. Never have had any sewer smells or any other flies/bugs get into my sewer tanks.
