  • You say you will be transporting the gray water for dumping elsewhere. What are you going to use for black water? Where do you plan on dumping the gray water?

Maybe you can add a axe?
  • I take notes on each trip (notepad on phone) of what could be done better, and adjust my checklist accordingly.
  • That list is a good start. Nothing about coffee? And don't forget a cork screw for wine bottles, unless you get your wine in a box. We keep a corkscrew in our trailer. You can find a lot of stuff at rummage sales or discount stores that won't break the bank that you can keep in your camper so that you aren't loading it every time you camp.

Quite honestly experience is the best teacher when it comes to this kind of stuff. What you bring on your first trip will get thinned down a little right after. And you'll think of something you wish you had thought of earlier. We all find we "need" different things for our comforts. I've seen folks drag everything they can with them and spend 2 hours setting it all up outside and inside. I've seen people pull up, put 2 chairs out by the fire and that's all they needed. We're somewhere in the middle of those extremes.

For example, we used to have a set of camping dishes and utensils. We got tired of doing dishes and now only use paper plates when camping, but we do use regular utensils.
