Just remeber that there will always be three different interpretations of a law 1. Federal, 2. State, 3. Municipal. And just like the DOT rules and regulations it all depends who you are collared by and their disposition , as well as yours, at the time. If you do find yourself on the wrong side of a discussion just remember to Shut up and Lawyer up.
