Laws vary by state which makes it confusing. Essentially when on the road you are transporting a weapon and those laws apply. When you are parked, the RV is your home and those laws apply.
I am confused, how can that be correct? Doesn't a felony indicate a violation of federal law? Aren't state parks operated under state law?
