Besides why would you want to spend the night in a noisy, smelly truck stop. Truckers don't always have a choice but you do.
Don't be cheap, find a campground.
It's not always about being cheap at all. One time when going through Canada we were having alternator problems. Called Freightliner in Kelowna and they said if we could be there at 7:00AM the next morning, they'd get us in. We several hours out and wouldn't hit town until about midnight.
We looked at several RV parks on line and most of them looked bad and were bout $60 per night. We figured it wasn't worth the hassle to get in at midnight and out at 6:00AM. We parked at the new WalMart, got some sleep and arrived at Freightliner a little before 7:00AM.
I'm sure we make someone happy that we didn't pull in at midnight and out at 6:00AM............
