Placing a travel trailer on our recreational property?

An alternative is always a pit (dug) toilet. Most areas are permitted for that. How I always did it when I tent camped. Human waste is biodegradeable... fertilizer...

Another option is a 'Portable Loo'. Toilet seat with a plastic bag underneath. You do your business take off the bag, seal it up and landfill it.

I think you all are overthinking the issues. I guess it has to do with city like conveniences. It is camping afterall, not urban living.
