Our family has a 20ac hideaway in Arkansas at the end of the so called county road. The road is really steep & narrow & our 5er would never get in.
Solution to our problem was to prefab a cabin in our shop . We tied the walls & rafters with screws then dissasembled & hauled to land from Dallas. Assembled, metal roof installed. No plumbing or electricity. We did have a residential propane refrigerato but its died years ago. Outhouse prefab bed also. Cabin been there now 46 years, just some maintenance ever now & then. We get water from a spring comeing out of a cave on property
