If you're doing it with a TT, have a hitch added to the front bumper and face the trailer while you're maneuvering. It shouldn't be too difficult.
We have a 32'Class A, and my parking slot is much tighter. The gas meter is on the side of the garage and my total clearance is about 8'9" from the edge of the driveway at the meter. I modified the roof hangover, taking 9" off so that the upper body clearance would let me open the house door. I made the mistake of putting a deeper facia board on so the gutter stayed at the right height to keep the mitred corner between the side and front gutters. Still can't open the house door!
If we decide not to sell the MH, the next step is a reconfiguration of the gutter.
Even though I have transit-driving experience, I don't think I'd risk trying to back it in. The houe door woould open into our neighbor's front yard anyway.
