I'm glad I alerted you to that option. I know quite a few TT owners who've done it. You don't need all the clever framing for it, as you'll only be using it at very low speeds. On a typical pick-up. you could just bolt it directly to the bumper.
I've watched a couple of neighbors using front bumper hitches and it looks so much easier. Your steer inputs go directly into the TT hitch and you're looking immediately at the effects. If I were a TT user, that would be my first mod to the truck. Unfortunately, costs and driver ergonomics prevent us from having a big pick-up as our only vehicle, so we went with a Class A and still have a Kia Sedona as our daily driver.
