You should be able to back into that with some practice. I'd love to have that much of a run in. I'm on a corner lot and park the 5er in the back of the house. The side street is only 34' wide with a 12' setback from the curbline. I basically jackknife the 5er from the blind side to turn 90 degrees and push back through a 12 foot gate. No curb cut, just a few boards to jump the curb. If I can do it with a crew cab and a 34' trailer, you should too.
