I park in a similar location just a little tighter and my 5ver is 36ft with crew cab truck. I back in on the drivers side and have the trailer tires just inside the edge of the trailer driveway as I'm at about 75deg, I then straighten out and stay close to the fence line on the drivers side. I only have about 11 feet to the roof overhang and fence so having power mirrors really helps as I adjust the passenger side one to keep an eye on the roof, once I'm past the closest part of the roof I then concentrate on positioning the trailer. I have a 12inch square painted on the ground in bright yellow that I can see with the back up camera on the truck, that's where the drivers side front jack goes, this enables me to park the trailer within an inch or two every time.
You might want to consider leaving room to have the truck hooked up and still close the gate, get home late or want to leave early, you're ready to go. I just have a 30amp service at home that's enough to run the AC if it's hot when loading, I also have sewer and water right there too, it just makes it easy for servicing the trailer. I agree about a front hitch if it's a TT, I have a Landrover with a front hitch I use for parking trailers with a ball, even goosenecks.
