Purchased new motorhome online, help with title questions

Bill of sale dosen't mean bupkis. I, or anyone can write you a bill of sale for the Brooklyn Bridge. Dosen't mean I own it to sell. He says he has the title, so he should be giving it to you, plain and simple. If he dosen't issue title's as he stated, he should go with you to the local DMV and have it transfered to you. Its BS if "he's too busy" to deal with a cash customer with a multi thousand dollar purchase. The title is the only thing that says it's yours.
