Purchased new motorhome online, help with title questions

There is no way in H I would do business like that,no title clear etc,etc, no money.Maybe things are different up here but you drive away with the final papers showing you as owner clear and simple,then go and license it and insure it,which you can't get unless you show ownership.I smell fish.
