Purchased new motorhome online, help with title questions

If the rv is used, the dealer probably never puts it in their name, thus saving in DMV fees. You buy the unit then the title changes from the guy they bought it from (or consignment) to you. That may be why it takes time. My bet, if you saw the title, it wouldn't be in the dealers name anyway. It doesn't mean its a scam, but you should get everything in writing first, meaning their promises. Also, if there is still money owed to the lien holder/bank, then the title has to get mailed after everyone is paid.
