honest transaction goes like so;
I pay cash, certified check or bank draft,payable to the Dealer,,and get the Pink slip for the vehicle aka Title right there with the keys..then I drive to DMV register it and get plates using the insurance from my previous truck,,then I stop at my Insurance co and register it there also.
If I was buying motorhome Id be sure to check what kind of insurance coverage I need before driving it home..you wont get plates from DMV in this country unless you have Insurance coverage for the vehicle in hand!
anyone doing otherwise is asking to get scammed,to think the seller will be there tomorow just bc hes been there a while is just silly,,
Ive heard of someone finding a bag of gold dust in the attic and taking it to jeweler to get it appraised,,
only to be told to leave it and come back tomorow,,it needs to be washed!

yes the jewelery store wasnt there and neither was the gold..
