If he is a reputable dealer, he will handle the either 30, 60, or 90 day trip permit for you from the MVD.
You will need the vin# to get insurance, along with the weight and purchase price, at least in Arizona.
We personally would not purchase anything, especially an e bay transaction without physically comparing the title to the vin on the coach.
If you are purchasing out of state, be careful of the hidden tax. When you go to register the vehicle in a new state, you will have to pay state sales tax on the purchase if you bought it from a dealer in another state.
I could tell you a nightmare story of driving 2600 miles round trip to pick up a coach.
We had the funds verified with the owner of the RV lot through our bank manager a week ahead of time, and he promised the title was there, free and clear. Well, the title wasn't only not there, he wouldn't allow us to even look at a copy of it when we got there to pick it up. Needless to say, we came home without the coach.
Good luck. Hope it goes smoothly!
